thedesignstudio is a modern and successful architecture practice. Our team are each self-motivated and want someone to join us with a bit of get-up-and-go, who is equally enthusiastic and passionate about their work and the way it gets done. Who, like us, cares for their community, invests in their own personal well-being, and has a well-developed sense of humour.
The position could be full-time, part-time or casual. Either way, you will have flexibility to deal with family, school, and other commitments. You get to work with people who respect you, your ideas and your professional skills. You will have close client contact and be responsible for driving your own assigned design projects, while working creatively and resolving issues collaboratively with the team.
You will need to have drawing office experience, a good work ethic, be proficient in Revit, and know your way around our building standards. Having practical construction knowledge and other computer skills is a big plus.
